With a lot going on in the studio, there can be a lot of teachers, coaches and instructors heading in and out. Yoga, CrossFit Kids and Spin classes are regular features on the weekly schedules. Find out a bit more about them and what they have to offer here.
Alex Howarth Yoga:
Offering over 12 yoga classes a week at The Studio, there is a time and day that works for almost everyone.
Yoga and overall health is aways a challenge, that requires discipline and practice, but I find once my clients fall in love with the process the battle is won. Remembering to enjoy the journey to what ever your goal may be will make reaching it all the more likely and all the more rewarding.
As well as yoga classes I offer a broad range of services such as one to one Yoga, yoga and lifestyle workshops and corporate yoga.
